Chef Mangos ventured south to Houston, Texas, in 2023 to study the ways of pitmaster and barbecue savant Ritchey Robin, learning the tricks of the trade to bring back north.
We remodeled our kitchen, which approximately tripled its size, to ensure Chef Mangos had the tools he needed. Mangos and his crew have been perfecting his barbecue recipes ever since.
Thanks to Chef Mango’s culinary expertise, Legends’ lineup of extraordinary barbecue dishes includes our signature brisket with its perfect bark and smoke ring, fall-off-the-bone succulent ribs, redneck fondue, jalapeno hog shots, pulled pork macaroni and cheese, and in-house barbecue sauces, to name just a few.
